pDESCRIPTION: Recombinant Murine C-10 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 95 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 10710 Dalton. rmC-10 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.br /
The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Gly-Leu-Ile-Gln-Glu.br /
