| Mouse monoclonal antibody suitable for immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Functional Aspects: Melan A, a product of the MART-1 gene, is present in most melanomas. This antibody was generated using human melan A, and recognizes a 20 to 22 kDa protein doublet in melan A mRNA-positive melanoma cell lines. It does not react with melan A mRNA negative cell lines. |
