| Our high affinity polyclonal Anti-Biotin antibody is produced by hyperimmunizing goats with biotin and is purified by affinity chromatography. Peroxidase conjugated Anti-Biotin (SP-3010) antibodies are produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal enzyme/antibody ratios. The covalent linkage between the enzyme and antibody is chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates for immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization, enzyme immunoassay, or transfer blot applications. |
| Anti-Biotin is available unconjugated, bound to heat stable, cross-linked agarose beads or labeled with enzymes or fluorescein. Agarose bound Anti-Biotin contains 1 mg of Anti-Biotin per ml of settled 4% agarose gel. This product can be used to bind and dissociate biotinylated molecules. Fluorescein labeled Anti-Biotin has been optimally conjugated to provide a bright fluorescent signal. The horseradish peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase conjugates have been produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal enzyme/antibody ratios. The covalent linkage between the enzyme and antibody was chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates for immunohistochemical, enzyme immunoassay, or transfer blot applications. |
