Our Anti-Biotin is produced by hyperimmunizing goats with biotin followed by affinity chromatography.
Alkaline Phosphatase conjugated Anti-Biotin (SP-3020) is produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal enzyme/antibody ratios. The covalent linkage between the enzyme and antibody is chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates for immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization, enzyme immunoassay, or transfer blot applications.
