CD4/CD8 Antibodies (duo pack)

Functional Aspects:

CD4 is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed predominantly on a defined T cell subset (helper/inducer cells). Most cutaneous T cell lymphomas have been reported to have CD4 positive cells. Clone 1F6 was raised against the external domain of CD4.



CD8 is expressed on a T cell subset of normal cytotoxic/ suppressor cells. It is also found on NK cells, some thymocytes, peripheral blood null cells, and bone marrow cells. Clone 4B11 was raised against synthetic peptides from the cytoplasmic domain of CD8.
