CD3×BCMA BiTE expressed by HEK293
The BiTE (bispecific T-cell engager) consists of two distinct scFvs linked in tandem by a short, flexible peptide linker. BiTEs are engineered to simultaneously target both CD3 on T cells and tumor-associated antigens (e.g., BCMA).

Purity >95% By SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC	CD3 and BCMA Binding Activity EC₅₀= 6.7 ng/mL	Recombinant CD3D & CD3E heterodimer protein was immobilized and incubated with the CD3×BCMA BiTE, followed by incubation with Fc-tagged recombinant BCMA protein. Detection was achieved using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody.
