BACKGROUND: XRCC3 (X-ray cross complementing gene3) is one of five identified Rad51 homologs. Each one interacts with one or more of the others to play a role in DNA repair by homologous recombination.
SPECIFICITY: The antibody recognizes 38 kDa human XRCC3. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
APPLICATION: The antibody can be used in Western blotting (1:500-2000). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. USAGE:
