The molecular mass of the monomeric vWf unit is 225 kDa. vWfnbsp; binds to circulating factor VIIIc (antihemophilic factor), hereby stabilizing the latter thus being an important factor in the normal primary haemostasis. This antibody is specific for human vWf from human serum or plasma./p
