VEGF-D Polyclonal Ab

FORMULATION: 100 ug (1 mg/ml) rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide.

SPECIES REACTIVITY: human, mouse, rat

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -20oC. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.

PREPARATION: The antibody was produced in rabbits immunized with a peptide corresponding to the mouse N-terminal VEGF-D. VEGF-D specific IgG was purified by affinity chromatography.

SPECIFICITY: The antibody recognizes VEGF-D of human and mouse origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested. The antibody does not cross-react with VEGF-C.

APPLICATION: The antibody can be used in Western blotting (2-10 ug/ml) and ELISA (2-10 ug/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. RESEARCH
