Tyrosine Protein Kinase Substrate Peptide

This peptide is a substrate for tyrosine protein kinases such as EGFR and Src subfamily members. The sequence derives from the residues 412-422 of the Tyr-419 tyrosine autophosphorylation site of the proto-oncogene tyrosine protien kinase Src (c-Src).
