IMMUNOGEN: E. coli expressed recombinant human TWEAK
HOST: Goat SPECIES: human
PREPARATION: Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant human TWEAK. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized human TWEAK matrix.
FORMULATION: 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified goat anti-human TWEAK polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -20oC. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
APPLICATION AND USAGE: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 ug/ml) and neutralization (2-4 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
