Activity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CD71 at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human Transferrin. The EC50 of human Transferrin is 5.6 ng/mL.

Protein Construction

A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human TFRC (NP_003225.2) (Cys 89-Phe 760) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

Stability & Storage

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70℃

Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
