| With our ELISA test, antibodies against anti-TNFa-blocker (e.g. TNFa receptors) can be detected. TNFa blocker are for example used for therapy in rheumatic patients. Patients under TNFa receptor therapy may develop antibodies against the therapeutic receptors. This might lead to severe complications, even systemic anaphylaxis with possibly lethal outcome. Our ELISA test can be used for monitoring TNFa blocker therapy and offers the doctor an instrument for deciding on possible preventive measures.
