IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human TNF-a
FORMULATION:
100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) antigen affinity purified goat anti-human TNF-alpha (or TNF-a, TNF alpha) polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% thimerosal.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store at -20oC. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
APPLICATION AND USAGE:
The antibody can be used in Western blot (0.5-4 ug/ml), ELISA (1-2 ug/ml), and Neutralization (0.1-0.1 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
