Store at -20oC. For long term storage, aliquot and refreeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
DESCRIPTION:
Human Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) is a proinflammatory cytokine expressed mainly by activated monocytes and macrophages. TNF-a exerts a key role with regard to pathogenesis of many infectious and inflammatory diseases.
APPLICATIONS AND USAGE:
Western blot analysis (1-2 ug/ml), Immunohistochemistry (10-20 ug/ml), Flow cytometry (10-20 ug/ml), Neutralization (0.5 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
