T-3256336 is a selective antagonist of IAP, mostly for cIAP-1 and cIAP-2 with IC50 of 1.3 nM and 2.2 nM, respectively; ~100-fold less potent to XIAP, also activates TNF-α-dependent extrinsic apoptosis.
