Use & Storage
Substrate concentrations for assay range from 0.1-1 μM. Typical enzyme concentrations for UCH-L3 are 10-100 pM and for Isopeptidase-T are 10-100 nM. Release of AMC fluorescence by UCH enzymes can be monitored using Ex380 nm and Em460 nm wavelengths, respectively.
Store at -80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

SUMO-3 AMC is useful for studying SUMO-3 hydrolases (SENPs) when detection sensitivity or continuous monitoring of activity is essential. NOTE: this protein contains an N-terminal HA tag.
