Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under a minimal promoter that embedded 4 tandem repeats of serum response element (SRE) . This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
