FORMULATION: 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) antigen affinity purified rabbit anti-hsRANKR polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol AND 0.02% thimerosal.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -20oC. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
BACKGROUND DESCRIPTION: RANKL and RANK are members of the TNF superfamily of ligands and receptors that play an important role in the regulation of specific immunity and bone turnover.
APPLICATION AND USAGE: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 ug/ml) and ELISA (2-3 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
