FORMULATION: 50 ug (0.5 mg/ml) antigen affinity purified and biotinylated goat anti-hsRANKL polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 0.02% thimerosal.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -20oC. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
BACKGROUND DESCRIPTION: Human RANK (receptor activator of NF-?B) is a member of the TNFR family, identified as a dentritic cell membrane protein. Human soluble RANK Ligand is a soluble 20 kDa polypeptide, comprising the TNF homologous region of RANKL (176 amino acid residues).
APPLICATION AND USAGE: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 ug/ml) and ELISA (0.5-2 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY! Not to be used in human subjects!
