SLC28A3 293 Cell Lysate

Antigen standard for solute carrier family 28 (sodium-coupled nucleoside transporter), member 3 (SLC28A3) is a lysate prepared from HEK293T cells transiently transfected with a TrueORF gene-carrying pCMV plasmid (True ORF cDNA clone RC210847, OriGene Technologies, Inc.) and then lysed in RIPA Buffer. Protein concentration was determined using a colorimetric assay. The antigen control carries a C-terminal Myc/DDK tag for detection.
