Purified IgG

Immunogen: Purified recombinant full-length hirudin coupled to a carrier protein.

Presentation: XXXX ml of immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum. The IgG

concentration is XXXX mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl

and 50% glycerol (v/v). Total protein is 10 mg.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20oC. Product will become viscous but will not freeze.

Avoid storage in frost-free freezers. Keep vial tightly capped. Allow product to

warm to room temperature and gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for hirudin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.

Application: This product is suitable as a source of antibodies to hirudin.
