Peroxidase Conjugated IgG

Immunogen: Purified recombinant full-length hirudin coupled to a carrier protein.

Presentation: XXXX ml of sheep immunoglobulin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The IgG-HRP concentration is XXXX mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of XXXX as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.2 mg.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20oC. Product will become viscous but will not freeze. Avoid storage in frost-free freezers. Keep vial tightly capped. Allow product to warm to room temperature and gently mix before use. Avoid exposure to sodium azide as this is an inhibitor of peroxidase activity.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for hirudin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.

Application: This product is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to hirudin.
