Affinity-Purified IgG

Immunogen: Purified recombinant full-length hirudin coupled to a carrier protein.

Presentation: XXXX ml of sheep immunoglobulin affinity purified on immobilized hirudinfollowed by ion exchange chromatography. The APIgG concentration is XXXX mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). Total protein is 0.5 mg.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20oC. Product will become viscous but will not freeze. Avoid storage in frost-free freezers. Keep vial tightly capped. Allow product to warm to room temperature and gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for hirudin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresisn  and ELISA.

Application: This product is suitable as a source of enriched antibodies to hirudin.
