Antibody Usage Summary:	Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2130 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2130 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. ELISA (capture coating): 0.3 ug/ml Detects 1.1 ng/ml of SAA in serum/plasma or 0.6 ng/ml of SAA in medium with an assay range of 0 to 80 ng/ml. Suggested substrate: TMB. Western Blot: 0.1-0.5 ug allows visualization of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human SAA.
