Lentivirus express SEAP reporter under a minimal promoter that embedded 4 tandem repeats of RBP-JK transcriptional responsive element (RBP-JK TRE). This lentivirus contains the RFP fluorescent marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
