Rat tpa active Elisa Assay

NOTE: This kit has been reformulated and is now sensitive enough to measure active tPA in normal rat plasma.



The sensitive measurement of functionally active rat tPA is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Active tPA will bind to functionally active PAI-1 coated on the microtiter plate (patent pending). Only free active enzyme will react with the PAI-1 on the plate. Inactive or complexed enzyme will not be detected. An HRP detection system using TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of purified tPA.
