When 5 x 10E4 cells/well are added to rat E Selectin/Fc Chimera coated plates (2 £gg/mL, 100 £gL/well), approximately 30%-60% will adhere after 1 hour at 37¢J. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
