Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blotting (WB). A concentration of 0.1-0.5 µg/mL is recommended for WB. Rat MRGPRX1 has a predicted length of 323 residues and MW of 37 kDa. A concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/mL is recommended to detect the protein in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member X1 (MRGPRX1) is an opiod receptor that is uniquely localized in a subset of small dorsal root and trigeminal sensory neurons. MRGPRX1 is thought to be involved in the regulation of sensory neurons.
