Description (Long Description) : 

p65 is a subunit of the pleiotropic transcription factor nuclear factor kappa B (NFKB). NFKB is present in almost all cell types and is involved in many biological processes including inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorigenesis and apoptosis. At least 4 isoforms of this protein are produced by alternative splicing.
