100 ml. Prepared by covalently coupling Protein L to 6% cross-linked sepharose beads. Supplied as a 50% slurry in 0.01% Thimerosal/H2O. High IgG binding capacity (better than Protein A and Protein G for human, mouse, and rat IgGs). Also bind to human, mouse and rat IgM, IgA, IgE, & IgD, as well as scFv and FAb fragments. Superior performance in purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
