Protein A/G Sepharose

1 ml. Prepared by covalently coupling Protein A/G to 6% cross-linked sepharose beads. Supplied as a 50% slurry in 0.01% Thimerosal/H2O. High IgG binding capacity (18-22 mg/ml). Useful in purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
