Description

S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR) is a substrate of S6K and ILK. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pS6 antibodies were developed with phosphorylated S6 (KRRRLApSLR) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR). This antibody has been utilized for non-raioactive p70 S6K kinase assay- via Jason, 11/19/09
