Description	PF-04880594 is a RAF inhibitor for BRAF/BRAFV599E and c-RAF with IC50 of 0.19 nM/0.13 nM and 0.39 nM, >100-fold selectivity over CSNK1, JNK2/3 and p38.

In vitro	PF-04880594 (62.5 nM) induces hyperplasiain in a 3D human epidermal model. PF-04880594 (100 nM) causes ERK activation and stimulation of IL-8 release by more than 5-fold in HL-60 cells. ^[1]
In vivo	PF-04880594 (10 mg/kg) induces ERK phosphorylation and BRAF-CRAF dimerization in multiple epithelial tissues. PF-04880594 treatment induces hyperplasia in squamous epithelial layers from esophagus, tongue, urinary bladder, and footpad of mice treated for 21 days. ^[1]
