Description

Pool of 315 peptides (delivered in two subpools of 158 & 157 peptides) derived from a peptide scan (15mers with 11 aa overlap) through Spike glycoprotein (UniProt: P0DTC2) of SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-related coronavirus 2) for T cell assays (e.g. ELISPOT).

Amount : 2 vials (one of each subpool) containing 15 nmol (appr. 25µg) per peptide

Purity : Please select between ">70%" (for each peptide) or "crude with guarantee" (major peak by LC-MS is guaranteed to be peptide of interest for each peptide & cytotoxicity-tested)
