IMMUNOGEN: E. coli-expressed human PDGF-AA

FORMULATION: 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) purified rabbit anti-human PDGF-AA polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
SPECIES REACTIVITY: human
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -20oC. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
APPLICATION: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 ug/ml) and Neutralization (0.5-2 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
