| Antibody Clone Name: | PAG-C1 |
| Antigen Type: | Synthetic peptide |
| Immunogen: | PAG1 antibody was raised against c-terminal peptide (last 15 amino acids) of human Csk binding protein coupled to KLH |
| Antibody Specificity: | Recognizes an epitope located in the C-terminal domain of Csk-binding protein (Cbp / PAG), a 46 kD ubiquitously expressed transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane rafts (glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains), which however migrates on SDS PAGE gels anomalously as an 80 kD molecule. |

| Purification: | Protein A Column |
| Presentation: | PBS, 15 mM sodium azide, approx., pH 7.4. |
| Recommended Storage: | +4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
| Antibody Usage Summary: | Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2794 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2794 was determined to be 15 ug/ml. |
| Antibody Uses: | Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin (IHC-P) (15 µg/ml), Immunoprecipitation (IP) (Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher) |
| Size: | 50 µg |
| Concentration: | 1 mg/ml |
