Non-Immune Goat Immunoglobulin

Purified IgG

Presentation: XXXX ml of purified immunoglobulin from goat serum. The IgG concentration is XXXX mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). Total protein is 10 mg.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20oC. Product will become viscous but will not freeze. Avoid storage in frost-free freezers. Keep vial tightly capped. Allow product to warm to room temperature and gently mix before use.

Specificity: No reaction was observed with normal human plasma using immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion techniques.

Application: This product is suitable as a negative control in procedures where goat antibodies are used.
