Mouse tpa total antigen Elisa Assay

NOTE: This kit has been reformulated and is now sensitive enough to measure total tPA in normal plasma of mouse strains NSA/CF-1 (9.4 ng/ml), C57BL6 (2.4 ng/ml), and CD-1 (0.4 ng/ml).

Total tPA will bind to capture antibody coated on the microtiter plate.. Free active and complexed enzyme will be detected. An HRP detection system using TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of purified tPA.
