Functional Reactivity: Reactive with lytic cycle-associated late envelope glycoprotein (ORF K 8.1A) of KSHV/HHV-8. Reactive in IFA, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western blot, RIP, Immune Electron Microscopy assay and flow cytometry. In IFA, this MAb shows bright fluorescence predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and plasma membranes. No reactivity with EBV-positive (P3HR1) or KSHV/HHV-8 negative (BJAB) cells.
