Reactive in IFA, ELISA, RIP, Western blot, and in Immune Electron Microscopy assay. In IFA, this MAb shows bright fluorescence predominantly localized in the cytoplasm and plasma membranes. No reactivity with EBV-positive (P3HR-1) or HHV-8 negative (BJAB) cells.
