Protein Concentration: Determined by BCA Assay using Bovine Gamma Globulin (BGG) as the standard. Alternative methods for determining protein concentration may give different results.
Presentation: Purified IgG supplied in PBS, pH 7.4.
Isotype: IgG1
Purity: 95% pure as estimated by analysis of Coomassie blue stained SDS-PAGE.
Functional Activity: Broadly reactive with HIV-1 isolates in HIV-1 (strains IIIB, MN, RF, 451, and RUT) Western blot (non-reducing conditions) and ELISA assays. Use 5 µg per assay in Western blot.
Note: In Western blot, under reducing conditions, the following antigens were tested: HIV-1MN gp120 Recombinant Protein (Cat. No. 14-129-050) and HIV-1IIIB Purified Viral Lysate (Cat. No. 10-119-000). This MAb, diluted 1:100 to 1:200, showed one strong band only.
