天然樣本測定含量: mouse spleens cells (8-10x 10E6 cells/mL) were cultured in 1640 supplemented with 100 units/mL IL2, stimulated with 200 ng/mL IL23 for 6 days. Aliquots of the culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural mIL17A, and measured 1.45 ng/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Mouse IL17A. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant mouse IL17A control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
