天然樣本測定含量: EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cells （1 x 10E6 cells/mL） were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum, , stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA and 10 ng/mL PMA for 2-3 days.Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural CXCL2, no detectable levels ware observed.The average concentration of Mouse CXCL2 in 10 normal mouse serum is 72.18 +/- 46.53 pg/mL ranging from 28.21 to 156.59 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Mouse CXCL2. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant mouse CXCL2 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
