天然樣本測定含量: The average concentration of Mouse GM-CSF in 10 normal mouse serum is 22.85 +/- 23.50 pg/mL ranging from ND to 78.39 pg/mL.EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cells （1 x 10E6 cells/mL） were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum，stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA and 10 ng/mL PMA for 2-3 days.Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural GM-CSF, and measured 1.64 ng/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural mouse GM-CSF. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant mouse GM-CSF control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
