線性範圍 : 9.38-600

 

包被抗體 : 1.0 mg/mL of rabbit anti-mouse DLL4 monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 2.0 μg/mL in CBS before coating. (Catalog: # 50640-R004)

 

檢測抗體: 0.25 mg/mL rabbit anti-mouse DLL4 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.

 

標準品 : Each vial contains 25 ng of recombinant mouse DLL4. Reconstitute standard powder with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20℃ to -80℃ in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve usi ng 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 600 pg/mL is recommended.

檢測原理 : The Mouse DLL4 ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determinationof Mouse DLL4.
This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs.
The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is asolid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked ImmunosorbentAssay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for DLL4 coatedon a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and any DLL4 presentbinds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-DLL4 polyclonal antibody is then added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody"sandwich". The wells are again washed and TMB substrate solution is loaded,which produces color in proportion to the amount of DLL4 presentin the sample. To end the enzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbances of the microwell are read at 450 nm.
