特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Mouse IL2RG. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 20 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant mouse IL2RG control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed. Interference was observed with recombinant mouse IL2 ,mouse IL13RA1 and mouse IL13RA2 at concentrations ≥ 2 ng/mL.
