MAGEA6 293 Cell Lysate

Antigen standard for melanoma antigen family A, 6 (MAGEA6), transcript variant 1 is a lysate prepared from HEK293T cells transiently transfected with aTrueORF gene-carrying pCMV plasmid (True ORF cDNA clone RC223578, OriGene Technologies, Inc.) and then lysed in RIPA Buffer. Protein concentration was determined using a colorimetric assay. The antigen control carries a C-terminal Myc/DDK tag for detection.
