| Description: | MIP-1α is a member of the CC chemokine family of proteins, which have been shown to be produced by numerous cell types including activated T cells, B cells, monocytes, mast cells and endothelial cells. MIP-1α acts as a monocyte chemoattractant and has been shown to act as a stem cell inhibitory factor. RANDOX recombinant MIP-1α comprises a 68 amino acid fragment (27-92) mature MIP-1α protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. |
