| Antibody Usage Summary: | Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2608 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2608 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Immunofluorescence: Fixed in methanol or 3% paraformaldehyde. Immunoprecipitation (Native): 2 ug/mg protein lysate using Protein G. Positive control: Human polymorphonuclear neutrophils and monocytes, MCF-7, Jurkat cells. |
| Antibody Uses: | Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin (IHC-P) (10 µg/ml), Western blot (WB) (1 - 2 µg/ml), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunofluorescence (IF) (Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher) |
| Size: | 50 µl |
| Concentration: | 1 mg/ml |
